Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can follow your package every step of the way — no need to contact us just to check in.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — if you're outside the US and want to be notified when we expand, send us an email at support@jednub.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages

It's rare, but it happens. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all within the expected window, contact us at support@jednub.com with your order number and we'll make it right — no hassle, no back and forth.
