Orders & Payment

 

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request a change or cancellation. After that, your order will already be in processing. Reach out to support@jednub.com as soon as possible.

 

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

 

Is my payment information secure? Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest standard of payment security available.

 

Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after purchase. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

How long does shipping take? Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. Express (2–3 days) and overnight options are also available at checkout.

 

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

 

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. If you haven't received it within 3 business days, contact us at support@jednub.com.

 

What if my order arrives damaged? Please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging, then email it to support@jednub.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@jednub.com with your order number.

 

How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. You'll be notified by email when the refund has been issued.

 

Do I have to pay for return shipping? If the item arrived damaged or was incorrect, we cover return shipping at no cost to you. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Can I exchange a product? Yes. If you'd like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original. This is the fastest way to get what you need.

Are JedNub products safe to use? Yes. All products sold through JedNub are tested for safety and quality before being listed. We never sell anything we wouldn't use ourselves. If you have a specific medical condition, please consult your doctor before use.

 

How do I know which product is right for me? Each product page includes a full description, how-to guide, and honest customer reviews. If you still have questions, email us — we're happy to help you choose.

 

Do your products come with a warranty? Most devices come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty details are listed on each product page.
